When you use our services, you are entrusting us with your information. We understand this is a big responsibility and we work to protect this information and put you in control.

Solótica, improving its privacy policies and data use, has developed a data update and revocation system, users can contact us at any time to consult, change or delete existing data in our system.

We undertake to treat the user’s personal data with confidentiality, within the legal limits, when in the event of a legal requirement, as a result of judicial, governmental or regulatory investigation, the information will be transferred to Organs competent bodies.

Important! Sólótica handles the communication of the use of data only and exclusively through the email [email protected] if you receive another type of contact on behalf of Solótica, be suspicious.

A Solótica Indústria e Comércio Ltda e Solótica Distribuidora de Produtos Ópticos Ltda designou, em contrato de serviço formal assinado em 30 de outubro de 2023, com a ASR Consultoria e Assessoria em Qualidade Ltda., para atuar como encarregado pelo tratamento de dados pessoais, em atendimento aos art. 5º, VIII e art. 41 da Lei nº 13.709, de 14 de agosto de 2018 (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais – LGPD). Renato Luiz Della Volpe representará a Solótica nas interações junto à ANPD e aos titulares.
